DO YOU COVER MY NEIGHBORHOOD?

• We generally cover Downtown Brooklyn, Ft Greene, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights. If you are close to one of these areas and not sure if your location will be covered please contact us!

 

WHAT HOURS DO YOU DO WALKS & SITS?

• Our  hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. We are often available on an as needed basis during other hours, weekends and holidays. A fee of $10 will be added to the walk for after hours and $10 for all major holidays

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

• We require cancellation notice 8 hrs prior to the scheduled walk. Cancellations made after the 8 hr window will be charged for a full walk.

 

WHY DO YOU NEED MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

• We keep your credit card information on file for non-payment, damages to personal property or an emergency vet trip. Waggin Tails BKLYN will never charge the credit card on file without prior notification.
