We do not assume liability for any health problems or conditions that occur in our care.

In the event of an emergency, Waggin Tails BKLYN reserves the right to make any decisions in regard to a pets well being, and if a pet needs medical attention, the owner must assume full financial responsibility for veterinary bills as well as any other costs necessary to ensure the well being of their pet.

Animals are still animals, and Waggin Tails BKLYN does not assume responsibility for any damage to the pets leash, collar, or other accessories while in our care. By signing up for our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
